OUR VISION

To prepare young adults to function in society without the benefit of public assistance or long-term reliance on the social safety net.

To help young adults develop a sense of interdependent living and the ability to meet their own needs in the community.

To work with existing systems to develop or assist in developing a continuum of services ranging from informal learning to formal learning to supervised practice situations to self-sufficiency.

To involve the community at large in assisting targeted young adults in their educational, vocational, and employment needs.

To expand the concept of Independent Living to include living arrangement options that will serve to be the most realistic way of assisting young adults in becoming self-sufficient.

To offer the most cost effective services possible to the communities in which we work.
